The Whiffenpoofs of Yale University, America’s oldest collegiate a cappella group, will perform a concert benefitting Seattle’s own SeeYourImpact.org at Benaroya Hall’s Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall.
Recently returned from a tour to the southern hemisphere, the Whiffenpoofs of the Class of 2012 became the first class of “Gentlemen Songsters” to visit the seventh continent, Antarctica. Other noteworthy concerts from the 103rd season include December performances at The White House for President Obama, and at New York’s Lincoln Center with Glee star Darren Criss. Founded in New Haven, Connecticut in 1909, the Whiffenpoofs continue their proud tradition of outstanding musicianship and exceptional entertainment.
